CLAUDE.md and AGENTS.md templates that teach coding agents the conventions of a research project.
Coding agents read a file at the root of the repository (CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md) before they start working. A good one tells them how the project is organised, which conventions matter (units, coordinate frames, random seeds) and how to check their own work.
Each template here is meant to be copied into a repository and adapted.
